firebringer - tek

Thanks to a lack of ideas, or a lack of knowing what to draw, I decided to do some color tests. This is Tek from the Firebringer series by Meredith Ann Pierce. I know that I am off on some of the details of how the unicorns are described in the book (feathering, tufted ears, cloven hooves, some color things...) but I just felt like playing with color. I am working on quite a few of the others from the series, the next one is Jan's mom (I can't remember her name... ). Hopefully I'll finish the actuall pictures I have of these guys.
